Methods:This clinical study, randomized, open the control group design ，Western diagnostic criteria used by the U.S., Psychiatric Diagnostic and Statistical Manual(DSM-IV-R, 1994) VD diagnostic criteria;By Tian Jinzhou TCM diagnostic criteria such as the purpose of clinical trials in vascular dementia Syndrome Scale(SDSVD) for the Kidney essence deficiency syndrome, phlegm type awakened syndrome score ≥ 7 on the diagnostic criteria for sub-screening。Using the Montreal Cognitive Function Scale (MOCA), the daily capacity Assessment Scale (Blessed), neurological impairment score (NIHSS), and Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with individual symptoms scores on the overall assessment.Who meet the above criteria, the patients signed informed consent and after consent to be included in object of observation into the group of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases;treatment group was treated with 5tablets per Fuzhi capsule 3 times a day; the control group was treated with Aricept , 3 times a day, 1 times a day. Full courses of treatment were 12 weeks. Before and after treatment in patients with MOCA, Blessed, NIHSS, symptom scores in traditional Chinese medicine and medical assessment of individual symptoms.Safety index with blood, stool regulation, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, ECG, and head CT and other tests, check in before and after treatme nt.
