The crime of illegal logging criminal pattern studies Abstrac Recently, with the development of society and economy, cutting woods has become more and more serious in the forest resource-rich regions. Because of this, illegal logging cases had high incidence trend year by year. There are many kinds of forms of crime cases. They become more and more complex. In judicial practice, there are many disputes. Compared with the infringement of personal and property, illegal logging is not popular. So it not very advanced. The author works in agricultural county. There are much logging cases around me. In order to engage my work and grasp more and more knows that I choice this topic. The author will discuses on the shape of criminal offense of illegal logging throu gh three cases and put forward my own views. The first part, the author will study the criterion of accomplishment by a case which bases on the theoretical and practical an alyses and then conclude that the case is accomplishment. The second part, the author will study the recognition of accomplice by a case, which bases on the theory analyses , and then conclude that the case is not accomplice of illegal logging which is illegal tr ansportation crime of illegal logging. The third part, the author will study the quantity of crime by a case which bases on the analyses of imaginative joiner of offence and in clusive offence, finally it is concluded that this case is a qualitative.
