ABSTRACT At present，most of domestic boilers widespread the problem of low efficiency in working, in this article, we use the example of a 35 tons/steam boiler in operation in XuanHua Iron and Steel Group co., LTD., which is for many years found low combustion efficiency, drum wind electrical power consumption is high, the combustion process is not sufficient, smoky phenomenon is serious, load adjustment hysteresis, mainly depends on operators experience, thus it is difficult to meet the demand of load following problems, from these analysis, we forward a method of parameter optimization of the industrial boiler control. Based on the analysis of industrial boiler’s thermal and hydraulic characteristics of each system, the energy saving operation optimization control model is established. This model use the industrial boiler system as the research object, on the premise of servo load with best than as objective function, the wind coal with steam drum water level of air supply parameters, in order to optimize the parameters, and USES the difference evolution algorithm for optimization. With the aid of combustion characteristic experimental data, which determine the fitness function, look for the best value supply air conditioning system, and with the drum wind speed and grate speed ratio, to adjust to the coal, to achieve the overall optimization of boiler combustion. The system use Siemens PLC S7-200 as the control core, pass boiler field analog signal through transmitter to PLC, DE algorithm called compiled and debugging success program module, input the measurement parameters into industrial operation parameters to accomplish the optimization calculation, passé the optimization parameters to the scene for linear of PLC, so to achieve the inverter control of on-site equipment.
