Construction and development of industrial parks, will effectively promote the development of industrial clusters, promote regional economic restructuring and development patterns, thus promoting the regional economy to achieve rapid development. Chinas current industrial park construction is growing vigorously, park economy has become the most dynamic and potential growth pole in regional economic developmen.Laibin is an economically underdeveloped areas , speeding up the development of the industrial economy is is an important task for the government now and a long period in the future. The municipal party committy and government proposed the construction of new modern industrial city developingt goals. To successfully achieve this goal, Laibin should fully learn from successful experience of the development of industrial parks home and abroad. Combining with local conditions, taking the construction of industrial parks as a breakthrough, Laibin should actively foster industrial clusters , strengthen and expand competitive industries , working out a new road to characteristic industrialization. Fore construction and management of industrial parks, making full use of industrial agglomeration , the key lies in how to make appropriate use of the market mechanism and government functions in the industrial park construction and management, to jointly promote the sustained and coordinated development of the park .
