复方红景天口含片的质量标准研究 复方红景天口含片的质量标准研究 PAGE PAGE 2 ABSTRACT The mortality of Alzheimer disease (AD) is positioned in the fourth place after the heart disease, tumor and stroke. The occurrance of AD is mostly in old people. It is a disease of degenerative brain. The etiology and pathogenesis of AD are still unknow. It was documented in the ancient time, and traditional Chinese medicine considers that etiologe of AD is related to qixue, stasis, stagnation, and treatment of different organs such as the brain, heart and kindey in order to prevent its occurance. As the application of traditional Chinese medicine has great advantage for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. With the aging society coming in China, the incidence of AD is increasing continually. Presently, it is difficult to determine the pathological stage of AD and it is not to be treated until the smptom of dementia shows obviously .Therefore, the prevention and treatment of AD becomes especially important. The objective of this reserach is to develope a pure Chines medicine preparation- compound Rhodiola buccal tablets, with the effection of prevention and treatment of AD while can reresistance to fatigue, improve immunity and benefit the body. Based on the chemical composition anf effecttion in each herb in compound Rhodiola buccal tablets and features of collaborative in compound, the technique of extraction, preparation and quality standards were established by experments. This thesis consists of five sections as follow: Ⅰ. Rreviwe the outcome about AD with effective drug in recent years and summarize its pathogenesis. Ⅱ. Summarize the chemical composition, effection and pharmacological research of each herb tablets in morden times. Ⅲ. Rrference the best extractional method of each herb in compound Rhodiola buccal, the optimize extraction condition were as follows:8 times of 60% alcohol,soaking 30min, reflux 60 min for two times.
