华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I I II II 摘 要 “ 到期必 检” 的周期性检修制度 是当前继电保护设备的主要 检修 方式 。 这种 方式可以 消除 潜在的 故障 和潜在的 缺陷 ，主 要 是 继 电 保 护 设备 和二次回 路 方 面 的 缺 陷 ，但 由 于 其 检 修 周 期 并 不 以 设备 及 二 次 回 路 的 实 际 情 况 为依 据 ，并 不 能 有 效 地 提 高 运 行 状 况 良好的设备 的可用 率 ，从而 浪费 大量的 人力、 物力 、财 力 ，继电保护设备还可能由于停 、送电造成的冲击而损坏 ，在这种 情况下， 继电保护的 状态检修 体制产生并发展起来 。 本文首先 简要介绍了现在在 继电保护 方面常用的几种 检修 方式 ，对目前 存在的常见问题进行了分析 ；其 次 ，分 析 在线监测技术 目前的应用现状 ，包 探究 保定地区二次设备在线监测应用系统总体方案 ；再 次 ，研究了继电保护 系统的可靠性数学分析理论基础，并讨论了 PMS 系 统 中 状 态 检 修 模 块 的 应 用 情 况 ；最 后 ，结 合 工作 实际 ，讨论了 继电保护状态检修 机制在供电公司的 实际应用情况 。 关键词： 继电保 护；状态检修；在线监测；状态评估 ABSTRACT Now, the overhaul of the relay protection equipments following the periodic maintenance system, namely, examining the equipments when they become due and fixing them when they need to be fixed, the maintenance system is to eliminate the possibility of failure or shortage of the benefits of this device requires overhaul , but not according to their actual situation. Therefore, these devices under good conditions to run can not improve operating ratios , which would lead to a waste of manpower and material resources. In addition , a good devices may be botched up. In this case , a new maintenance system needed to change the current state, so condition based maintenance appears. First, this article describes the maintenance of the status of protection equipment , and the problems raised . Secondly , the article discusses the application of the online motoring technology in depth. Thirdly, on the application of the condition based maintenance modules in the PMS system, it relates to a computerized management system, which may reflect on the basis of the current management mode, standby layoffs all the information . Finally, based on practical experience, the article introduces the practical application of the condition based maintenance of the relay protection,which combined with various regulations.
