重庆大学 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE IV On the basis of the results of empirical test, the thesis gets the following conclusion: ① When collaborative approach of supply chain is collaborative transaction management, exploitative innovation tends to be selected, and asset specificity has significantly positive moderate effect on the relationship between collaborative transaction management and exploitative innovation. ②When collaborative approach of supply chain is collaborative event management, exploratory innovation tends to be selected, and asset specificity has significantly negative moderate effect on the relationship between collaborative event management and exploratory innovation. ③ When collaborative approach of supply chain is collaborative process management, exploratory innovation tends to be selected, and asset specificity has significantly positive moderate effect on the relationship between collaborative process management and exploratory innovation. Choosing the type of innovation which matches collaborative approach of supply chain can promote cooperative innovation between partners in supply chain. Meanwhile making appropriate specific investment according to the matching relation can control opportunism risk and improve interdependence. It is beneficial for enterprises in supply chain to carry out collaborative innovation through overall consideration of the relationship among supply chain collaboration, types of innovation and asset specificity.
