II II 摘 要 虽然我国经济自改革开放以来出现了欣欣向荣的发展局面。但是，在获得经 济蓬勃发展和社会繁荣进步的同时，企业的社会道德责任却产生了深刻的危机： 对消费者权益的漠视、对员工工作环境的轻视、对法律法规的肆意践踏、为追求 经济利益而置环境污染于不顾等反映企业道德责任缺失的案例时有发生，与经济 飞跃发展的繁荣局面产生巨大的反差，不得不引起我们的反思。尤其在最近几年， 污染、矿难、毒粉丝、毒奶粉、特氟龙、苏丹红、石蜡油……频频出现。 本文正是着眼于此，在方法上尝试融合伦理学、经济学、心理学以及管理学 等学科知识，以利益相关者这一视角贯穿全文，试图通过现实中的各种案例、数 据及图表，勾绘出当前我国企业道德责任缺失的镜像图，并在此基础上进行分析， 提出对策。 本文分为三部分，第一部分，主要区分了企业道德责任与企业社会责任这两 个概念，并在此基础上界定了企业道德责任的内涵及企业所应该履行的道德责任 内容；第二部分，主要勾绘了我国当前企业道德责任缺失的现状，并对之进行了 分析；第三部分，则是针对我国当前企业道德责任缺失的现状及原因，提出了相 应解决对策。 关键词：企业 道德责任 利益相关者 III III Abstract After the reform and opening, there is a flourishing development in our country’s economy. However, profound crisis of corporations’ moral duty has come into being, such as disregarding of the interests of consumers, despising of employees’ working environment, wantonly violating the laws, lacking of moral duty of the corporations, which have great contrast with our prosperity. Especially recently, pollution, disaster of mines, poisonous food, poisonous milk powder, etc. have become more and more serious. This article is focused on the subject, and is running through the whole paper as the stakeholder with trying to inosculate the knowledge of economics, ethics and management. The writer wants to draw image of lacking of moral duty with kind of realistic cases, data and chart so as to analyze and propose countermeasures. This article is divided into three parts, the first is mainly distinguishing between conception of moral responsibility and social responsibility of corporations. And on this basis, the writer defined the meaning and the content of the moral duty. At the second part, the writer draws a picture of current status which is lack of moral duty, and then analyzes it. At last, the writer points out the current status and reason and propose some corresponding solution.
