It carries out its classification,and identifies two major risks in both inside and outside forms.The forth part is the assessment for the risk of the local government investment and financing platform.The thesis selects six indicators of the assessment for the risk of the local government investment and financing platform according to the principle of selecting risk indicators,investment and financing of local government to build a platform for risk evaluation index system,the use of matter-element extension model for national investment and financing platform for individual local government conducted a comprehensive evaluation of risk,and investment and financing platform for these local governments have made to determine the level of risk.The results of the performance evaluation show that the current investment and financing platform for Chinas local government in a more serious risk of state,the local government must take appropriate measures to prevent or defuse the current risk.The fifth part is the management measures of the risks of local government investment and financing platform.The thesis points out that the government should take comprehensive and systematic consideration of local government investment and financing platform and puts forward six areas of risk prevention and resolution measures.The sixth part is the conclusion of the thesis.It summarizes the main contents of this thesis,and points out the lack of writing this thesis and research prospects.
