II II ABSTRACT Grain industry is important，which relates food safety and social economic normal development. The attention of grain industry has been gradually improved, owing to global food crisis broke out recently. Meanwhile, food processors, an important tache and necessary part in grain industry, take a key role in upgrading the development level of grain industry. From the realism, especially in china, the development of food processors shows some qualities, such as kind of posterity, lower competitive layer, laggard management idea, last but not least, big companies in grain industry abroad challenge domestic companies, which is never happened before. So, the study of how to promote the competitive advantage of food processors is practical and meaningful. With the effect of supply chain integration on competitive advantage as researching object, the paper summarizes some researching production including supply chain integration, competitive advantage and etc., which is the foundation of all. And consulting the composing mechanism about competitive advantage of some scholars. Meanwhile, the author visits many people in food processors, and construct the competitive advantage model, according to literature review and visiting result. To validate the relationship that each dimension influences competitive advantage, the author put forward series of researching hypothesis. Aim at such hypothesis, the author designs questionnaire and surveys, combining the characteristic of grain industry. Then, based on the market research data, the author puts up some analysis to validate whether it is effective or not of competitive advantage model that applied in grain industry. As a result, the model is tenable. The conclusion is showed as follows：（1）supply chain integration, especially internal integration had significant positive impact on performance of company.
