万方数据 万方数据 硕士研究生: 薛青(口腔正畸学) 指导教师: 范存晖 副教授 关键词:唇腭裂;牙龄;颈椎骨龄;生长发育 Relativity for Dental Age , Cervical vertebral bone Age of Unilateral Complete Cleft Lip and Palate , non- Cleft Lip and Palate in Children and Adolescent Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between the dental age,cervical vertebral bone age among Unilateral Complete Cleft Lip and Palate Patients(UCLP) and non- Cleft Lip and Palate Patients .In the mean time,provided a basis for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment with dental age of children and adolescents. Methods: Experiment1: Digital panoramic radiographs and lateral skull cephalograms of 215 (102 boys and 113 girls) non-Cleft Lip and Palate Patients were examined .Dental maturity was assessed by Demirjian, s method, whereas cervical vertebral bone maturity was estimated by Baccetti, s method. The Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient was used to analyze the dental age and cervical certebral bone age . Experiment 2: Digital panoramic radiographs and lateral skull cephalograms of 123(71 boys and 52 girls) Unilateral Complete Cleft Lip and Palate Patients were examined .Dental maturity was assessed by Demirjian, s method, whereas cervical vertebral bone maturity was estimated by Baccetti, s method. The Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient was used to analyze the dental age and cervical certebral bone age . Results: Experiment 1:The dental age of the canine , first premolar , second premolar, and second molar was significantly correlated with cervical certebral bone age in non-Cleft Lip and Palate patients(r=0.762~0.864). The second molar was the tooth showing the highest correlation (boys r=0.864; girls r=0.815). Experiment 2:The dental age of the canine , first premolar , second premolar, and second molar was significantly correlated with cervical certebral bone age in UCLP patients (r=0.809~0.914). The first premolar has the highest correlation(boys r=0.846,0.861; girls r=0.905,0.914). Con
