针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗耳聋耳鸣临床疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗耳聋耳鸣患者临床效果。方法 随机抽选2010年3月―2014年4月该门诊接收耳聋耳鸣患者600例，按接诊时间平均分成两组（医治组、对照组），医治组患者给予针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗，对照组患者给予中药治疗，比对两组患者治疗效果。结果 临床针对性治疗后，患者症状均改善，医治组患者治疗好转率（96.7%）和对照组患者好转率（90.0%）相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予耳聋耳鸣患者针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗，效果明显，可改善临床症状，意义重大，值得推广。 　　[关键词]针灸；穴位贴敷；耳聋耳鸣；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R246.81 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0173-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with deafness and tinnitus. Methods 600 outpatients with deafness and tinnitus in our hospital between March 2010 and April 2014 according to the reception time were divided into two groups （the treatment group， the control group） .Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application， while those in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine， and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the clinical targeted treatment， the symptoms of all the patients were improved， but there was statistically significant difference between the effective rate of the the treatment group （96.7% ） and that of the control group （90%） （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with deafness and tinnitus is obvious， and it can improve the clinical symptoms therefore it is worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words] Acupuncture； Acupoint application； Deafness and tinnitus； Clinical effect 　　耳聋耳鸣为临床常见病，也是临床治疗中的疑难杂症。目前，临床尚无统一药物和方法治疗此类疾病[1]。近年来，该门诊通过不断研究发现，针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗耳聋耳鸣效果明显。对此，将随机抽选2010年3月―2014年4月该门诊接收此类患者600例，分别给予不同中医治疗，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　随机抽选2010年3月―2014年4月该门诊接收耳聋耳鸣患者600例，按接诊时间平均分成两组（医治组、对照组），医治组患者300例（男性100例，女性200例），年龄处于20～70岁范围内，平均（50.6±0.6）岁；病程处于3个月～10年范围内，平均（4.2±0.2）年；对照组患者300例（男性120例，女性180例），年龄处于25～75岁范围内，平均（55.9±0.9）岁；病程处于4个月～11年范围内，平均（5.3±0.3）年。 　　1.2 临床诊断 　　①患者均符合耳聋、耳鸣疾病临床诊断；②患者均自愿参与本组研究实验，且签署临床意向书。 　　1.3 方法 　　1.3.1 医治
