At present, Chinas insurance industry is booming, but also there are many shortcomings and defects. Nowadays, the global spread of financial crisis, the financial industry is affected badly, the insurance industry in China s development also needs perfect with each passing day, its development foreground is alarming. This article aims to analyze the Chinese insurance industry development present situation and the foreign enterprises into the Chinese market s influence on insurance industry, China insurance industry will be how to overcome their own shortcomings, to get rid of the negative impact of strong competition, upgrade the sustainable healthy development of the road to comment.
