随着知识经济时代的到来，技术俨然已成为企业资源耍素之一。1T企业中的核心员工就 是最典型的知识型员工，他们是最符合当前我国知识型员工特征研宂的所有因素。IT企业中 的知识型员工是企业重要的人力资本，更是掌握着企业的核心技术。因此如何激励和管理他 们，探讨对TT企业中知识型员工的激励问题是十分必要，也是很有意义的。本文将从TT企 业整体管理的视角，着力剖析知识型员工的激励需求来研究IT企业知识型员工的激励问题， 并提出相关建议。 关键词：IT企业；知识型员工；激励问题 Abstract With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, technology has become one of the elements of enterprise resources. The core employees of IT enterprises are the most typical knowledge workers， they are the most consistent with the current knowledge of the characteristics of the study of all factors. The knowledge staff in IT enterprises is an important human capital，and it is the core technology of the enterprise. Therefore，how to motivate and manage them，to explore the motivation of knowledge workers in IT enterprises is very necessary and very meaningful. In this paper，from the perspective of the overall management of IT enterprise，focus on analyzing the motivation of knowledge workers to study the motivation of IT enterprise knowledge workers，and put forward relevant suggestions.
