临泉县中老年人参加体育锻炼现状的调查与研究 摘 要： 随着生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越重视参加体育锻炼。 2008 年北京奥运会的成功举办也为人们参加体育锻炼注入了激情，体育锻炼能增强人们的体质，还可以在一定程度上帮助人们缓解工作和生活压力。本文通过对临泉县的中老年人参加体育锻炼的积极性、社区的体育设施状况、中老年人对体育知识的掌握情况、参加体育锻炼的动机、社区体育指导员现状、影响他们参加体育锻炼的因素以及集体组织体育活动等方面进行了调查。通过调查发现：临泉县存在居民健身意识不强，政府对体育活动经费的投入不够、体育锻炼的器材缺乏、缺乏专业体育指导员等状况。文章根据对这些调查的分析，提出相应的解决策略，以期为以后开展群众性体育活动提供依据。 关键词： 临泉县中老年人；体育锻炼；调查与研究 The Investigaion and Analysis of Middle-aged and Senior Citizens in partipating Physical Training inLinQuan District Zhang Xue ， Linquan Experimental Middle School Abstract: As the development of the level of people’s life,they pay more and more attention on physical training .In the wake of the successful holding of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games , people have a passionate interest in physical training which can help them to relieve streis in work and life . This paper will focus several points : the activeness of middle-aged and senior citizens participating physical training , physical facilities in sociaty , the grasp pf knowledge about physical training for middle-aged and senior citizens , the mutive for them to participate physical training .current situation of physical instructor in community , the factors influencing them to participate physical training and physical activities in collective part in linquan district . Through the investigation , several defects have been found which are lack of conscionsness of citizens in participating physical training , the funds government putting into physical activities are not enough , physical facilities and professional physical instructor are not enough either .
