There’s serious soil erosion in China, most of the river sediment concentration is high,the siltationproblem is serious, especially in northern rivers. As a non-point source pollutants in river, source of sediment is wide, polluting physics, chemistry, biology and other aspects on the water body, the impact on water quality and aquatic ecological environment is very significant; and as adsorption, sediment has the role of a certain in water purification, and the carrier of water contaminants and microorganism. Aquatic ecosystems has a huge number of microbial, variety, with community structure and adaptation mechanisms of metabolic type, involved in water ecosystem energy flow and chemical cycling. Research on sediment-carrying river’s microbial community structureand microorganismin response to environmental factors,help to understand the state of sediment-carrying river’s environment more, can provide a powerful microbiology basisfor sediment-carrying river’s environmental restoration.
By sampling and laboratory analysis to study the spatial and temporal variation of the Weihe River (Shaanxi Section) water quality and sediment contaminants, with the data of environmental factors, based on Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism(T-RFLP) molecular biology methods combined with multivariate statistical analysis method to analyze the Weihe River (Shaanxi Section) the structural characteristics of the bacterial communities found in water and sediments,found in the advantages of bacterial fragments in water and sediments.Discussed the bacterial community structure in response to environmental factors. The results showed as follows:
