PAGE IV 摘 要 随着世界经济的快速发展，高层建筑在世界各地也迅速崛起，高层建筑火灾人员的疏散特别是超高层建筑火灾人员的疏散成为人们越来越关心的话题，如何缩短高层建筑受灾人员的疏散时间，引起了世界各国消防专家的关注。 本文在详细分析了高层建筑火灾的特点、高层建筑火灾情况下人员疏散的复杂性及影响人员疏散的因素基础上，针对目前高层建筑火灾发生率不断提升、高层建筑传统的疏散方式及其存在的主要问题，同时考虑到电梯作为疏散工具具有巨大的潜在利用价值的特点，提出高层建筑在火灾初期利用电梯进行人员疏散的可行性观点，并提出增设电梯前室、对电梯井或电梯轿厢加压送风、电梯分区运行以及改进电梯管理方式等相应的软、硬件改进措施。克服了传统疏散方式的弊端，可大大缩短疏散时间，减少人员伤亡，特别是为高层建筑发生火灾时老弱病残等人群不适用于传统疏散方式的问题提供理论参考及建议。 本文还介绍了国内消防科研专家的课题研究成果，并经试验证明，新研发的电梯逃生系统能够充分发挥应急疏散作用，从而在实践上验证了高层建筑火灾情况下利用电梯疏散的可行性观点。理论和实践表明：电梯疏散以其高效、应用面广等特点，势必会在危急情况下，在高层建筑的人员安全疏散过程中发挥越来越大的作用。 关键词 高层建筑； 电梯； 疏散； 可行性 Abstract TC 英文摘要 \f C \l 1 With the rapid development of the international economy.
