PAGE IV 高架BRT应急救援对策研究 摘　要 快速公交系统（Bus Rapid Transit）简称BRT，是一种介于快速轨道交通与常规公交之间的新型公共客运系统，是一种大运量交通方式，通常也被人称作“地面上的地铁系统”。目前国内建设运营BRT越来越广泛，而具有厦门特色的“高架桥快速公交形式”更是国内首创。该快速公交系统采用高架桥的形式，不影响地面车道的数量，在快速公交系统运营后地面普通公交可减少多条线路，在满足市民出行前提下大大缓解了地面交通压力。但是，高架区段快速公交系统一旦发生火灾、爆炸等交通事故，将会大大的增加消防部队的救援难度，主要体现在进攻通道、供水问题或者是人员疏散等各方面问题，成为摆在消防部队面前的一个新课题。 本文主要针对厦门市“高架桥快速公交”这一城市特色，通过对高架BRT的资料调查、实地取证等手段，预测高架桥段的快速公交车辆可能发生的火灾、爆炸等交通事故，结合高架区段灾害事故成因、特点，高架区段灾害事故处置措施和高架区段灾害事故处置注意事项等方面，提出相应的应急救援处置对策。 关键词：　快速公交系统；　高架区段；　灾害事故；　应急救援 A Study on Emergency Rescue of viaduct BRT Abstract Bus Rapid Transit is called BRT for short, which is the new style public transit system between Rapid Rail Transit and Normal Bus Transit. BRT is a kind of mass traffic mode, known as subway system on the ground. The domestic operation of BRT is becoming more and more widespread currently. “Viaduct fast public transportation form” with Xiamen characteristics is also the initiate in China. This creative in the form of viaduct adopt comprehensive solutions of underground、floor、viaduct which affect bus lines while keep the same lanes on the ground. It can alleviate traffic to a great extent and is subject to the need of citizens, transportation at the same time. But elevated section of the rapid transit system in the event of fire, explosion and other accidents, will greatly increase the difficulty of fire rescue units,mainly reflected in the attack channel、the water supply problem or other aspects of evacuation have became new subject for fire force to rescue. This paper will focus on the city feature of “Viaduct fast public transportation in Xiamen”, predict potential fire、explosionaccident by the way of research、data analysis and field evidence. Through the discussion of the reasons and the features of the viaduct accidents, we can think about measures and strategies to solve the problem we faced in the work of fire fighting and rescue.
