PAGE I 特勤装备管理中存在问题和解决方案探讨 摘 要 近年来，随着我国经济的飞速发展，城市现代化建设步伐的不断加快，高层建筑、地下工程、大型商场和石油、化工企业的不断涌现, 各种灾害事故也呈现出多样化、复杂化的特点。消防部队因此面临着越来越重的灭火、抢险救援和社会救助等任务，日益复杂的火灾及灾害形势对特勤部队的灭火、抢险救援能力提出了更高、更强的要求。为满足这些场所火灾及灾害“急、难、险、重”事故的处置需要，大批科技含量高、性能先进的特勤装备先后配备到各省、市基层消防部队。这些特勤装备的应用，提高了消防部队处置特大恶性火灾事故的能力。但是，由于思想认识不到位、人才缺乏、制度不健全等因素，特勤装备在管理上存在许多问题。给特勤装备的管理提出了新的要求和课题，本文阐述了现阶段特勤器材装备的特点，分析探讨了特勤器材装备在管理环节和过程中存在的常见问题，有针对地提出了加强特勤装备管理的对策，对做好特勤装备管理工作具有现实的借鉴价值。 关键词：特勤装备；管理；方案 The problems and explore solutions in management of special equipment Abstract In recent years, With the rapid development of China economy, the pace of urban modernization accelerating，high-rise building, underground engineering、major shopping malls and petroleum enterprises、chemical enterprises have emerged，a variety of disasters and accidents have shown a diversity and complexity of the characteristics.
