PAGE IV 摘 要 近年来道路交通事故居高不下，直接威胁到人民的生命财产安全，被称为世界第一公害。我国是道路交通事故死亡人数与致死率最高的国家，造成上述的原因虽然具有复杂性和多样性，但交通事故现场救护不力、措施不当、救护不及时是最主要原因。如不加强道路交通事故现场处置对策，提高消防官兵现场救护能力，将会使得交通事故中死亡人数和致死率继续攀升，而给无数家庭带来不幸，严重影响着经济发展和社会稳定。 本文通过查阅大量的文献资料，从我国道路交通事故现场救护的现状出发，分析其存在的不足；探讨交通事故现场救护中各部门间的协同分工情况，完善救护程序，提高道路交通事故现场救护效率；科学有序地开展现场救护培训，提高消防部队救护能力，最大限度地减少人员伤亡，为交通事故现场救护的训练提供技术指导。 关键词：道路交通事故；现场救护；消防 Abstract In recent years, road traffic accidents remains a high level, threat to peoples lives and property directly, known as the worlds first public nuisance. China is the highest number of road traffic fatalities and the fatality rate, although the cause of the above reason has the complexity and diversity reason, but the emergency is ineffective in accident scene, inappropriate measures and the not timely ambulance are the most important reasons. If do not enhance dispose of measures to road traffic accident scene ,do not improve the ability of fire officers and soldiers on-site ambulance, it will make the number of deaths and mortality rates in traffic accidents continue climbing, and it will also cause unfortunately to countless families, impact on economic development and social stability seriously. This article through access to a large number of literature, from the current situation of China traffic accident scene of ambulance ,analyze its shortcomings; explore the accident scene rescue coordination between various departments in the division of labor, improve rescue procedures and improve the efficiency of the road accident scene ambulance; carry out on-site rescue training scientific and orderly, improve the ability of rescue of fire force, minimize casualties as less as possible, provide technical guidance to the accident scene ambulance training.
