汽车行业标准《客车座椅》修订简介 金明新1，史书义2 （1.江苏省公路学会，江苏 南京 210004；2.中国公路车辆机械有限公司，北京 100023） 摘要：QC/T 633-2000《客车座椅》的修订列入了国家发改委2006年汽车行业标准项目计划，并于2008年1月通过审查，完成报批稿。修订后的标准，增加了座椅扶手、脚蹬等新结构件的术语、定义和技术要求，突出了客车座椅的安全性、可靠性和调节机构的使用方便性，从零部件要求、装配要求、调节功能、安全性和可靠性方面制定了相应的技术要求和试验方法，特别是提出了对座椅用材料有害物质的限值要求，这在国内还是首次。该标准的修订对于全面提高M2、M3类客车用座椅的设计、制造、使用水平，确保客车座椅的安全性和可靠性，将发挥积极的促进作用。 关键词：客车；座椅；标准；修订；说明 中图分类号：G307 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1002-4786（2008）10-0050-04 Brief Introduction of Emendation of Car Industry Standard Seat of Passenger Car JIN Ming-xin1, SHI Shu-yi2 (1.Jiangsu Road Society, Nanjing 210004, China; 2.China Highway Vehicle Machinery Co., Ltd., Beijing 100023, China) Abstract: The emendation of QC/T 633-2000 Seat of Passenger Car is included in the project program of car industry standard in 2006 planned by National Development and Reform Commission（NDRC）, It has passed the checkup in January, 2008, which also accomplished the revision for approval. The emended standard added the terms, definitions and technical requiements of some new frame components such as seat armrest and pedal, standed out the security, reliability and convenient using of adjusting mechanism, established corresponding technical requests and test measures from the aspects such as requirements for parts, requirements for assemblage, regulation function, security and reliability, in particular put forward the limit demand of injurants of the materials which used for seat, this is the first time in China. The emendation of the standard will play a positive role in roundly promoting the level of design, manufacture and use of the seats of type M2 and type M3 passenger cars and insuring the security and reliability of the using of seats of passenger cars.
