II II Abstract Under the background of rapid economic development and market competition, the chain supermarket develops rapidly and pays unprecedented attention to the logistics and distribution. Logistics and distribution is the bond of chain supermarket, the strength and efficiency of logistics and distribution capabilities directly affects the competitiveness of the chain supermarket, so the logistics system becomes the new focus of competence of the chain supermarket. Because of this, the optimization of the logistics design of the chain supermarket can improve its competitiveness, and has extraordinary economic and social significance. The optimization design of logistics of XYJ chain supermarket could improve its distribution capability and efficiency and bring large economic profit. Through analyzing the optimization of logistics of XYJ chain supermarket, we want to find some good ideas and mothods that could create economic profit, which is suited to the optimization of logistics of China’s chain supermarket. And this exploration could improve the overall competitiveness of China’s chain supermarket and bring large economic and social benefits. This article selects XYJ chain supermarket as a study case, finds the problem of its logistics, and decides the model of logistic through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. We test the feasibility of the optimization design of XYJ chain supermarket with the overall analysis.
