PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE 2 摘 要 20世纪末随着信息科学的发展，信息已经深入地渗透到人们的生活中，人们已经越来越离不开电路板所成的各种电子产品，并已经适应它们所带来的方便。电路板使电路迷你化、直观化，对于固定电路的批量生产和优化用电器布局起重要作用。电路板的功能强，使用价值高等特性逐渐成为人们关注的新话题。电路板上的“纹理”是控制电子产品的重要电路，但是在生产过程难免存在质量问题，例如电路连线混，接断接等，严重影响电子产品的功能，这些电子产品不但不会给我们的生活带来方便，反而还会增加很多不必要的麻烦，这就要求必须有一种可以检测电路板的有效工具，混线检测器就是这样一种可以检测电路板连通情况的工具，其原型也就是电路板生产中所用的针床。 本文的内容是基于单片机的混线器检测，即以51单片机理论的知识为基础，做出相应的设计方案，在理论上模拟针床的设计模型，并应用keil编程软件，protues仿真软件级联操作，仿真效果和预期一样，即当电路板中的有混接断接等不正常现象时，报警电路报警，若连接无误时，相应的指示灯正常亮。从理论上阐述了混线器的工作原理和实现的方法。 关键词：电路板，混线器，51单片机，针床。 Abstract With the development of information science in the end of 20th century, information has deep penetration to peoples lives, people have more and more cannot leave to various kinds of electronic products forming by the circuit board , and they have had to adapt to the convenience. Circuit get minimum and direct by the circuit boards, it in for fixed circuit batch production and optimization with electric equipment layout. The function of the circuit board is strong, use value higher characteristic gradually become the new topic which people pay attention to. Circuit boards texture is the important circuit to control the product electronic . however， it is hard to avoid the quality problems in the production process, for example, circuit’s cables hybrid junction, HYPERLINK app:ds:disconnect \t _self disconnect, having serious influence of electronic product function. These electronic products not only wont bring convenient to our daily life，it will also increase many unnecessary trouble，this means that you must have a kind of effective tools to detect circuit board，mix line detector is such a tools that can detect circuit boards connected situation，the prototype is the needle bed which used in the production of circuit board . The contents of this paper is mixed line detection based on SCM ，that is based on the theory of 51 SCM knowledge, makes the corresponding design scheme, uses software of keil to program, cascade operates by simulate sof
