孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌对母婴预后影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌对母婴预后的影响。方法：选取本院孕35～37周孕妇300例纳入本次研究，分别取研究对象阴道、肛分泌物进行培养，根据培养结果将其分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组为健康孕妇（200例），观察组为感染孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌者（100例）。分别观察与比较两组孕妇妊娠结局（产褥感染、宫内感染、羊水污染、产后出血、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫及剖宫产））及新生儿状况（新生儿感染、黄疸、肺炎、窒息）。结果：孕妇妊娠结局：两组产妇感染和宫内感染、羊水污染及产后出血率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；而胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫及剖宫产率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。新生儿状况：观察组产后新生儿感染、黄疸、肺炎及窒息率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴预后具有一定影响，因此临床需加强对孕妇生殖道B族溶血性链球菌的排查及防治，以降低对母婴健康的影响，保障母婴生命安全。 　　【关键词】 孕妇； 生殖道； B族溶血性链球菌； 母婴； 预后 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of maternal genital tract B streptococci on maternal and neonatal prognosis.Method：300 pregnant women with 36 to 38 weeks were slected in our hospital，the subjects were taken vaginal，and the rectal secretions were cultured.According to the culture results，they were divided into control group and observation group， control group in which the health of pregnant women （200 cases），the observation group of pregnant women infected with genital tract B streptococci （100 cases）.The pregnancy outcomes （puerperal infection，intrauterine infection，meconium，post-partum bleeding，premature rupture of membranes，fetal distress and cesarean section） and neonatal health （infection of the newborn，jaundice，pneumonia，and asphyxia） of two groups were observed.Result：Pregnant women pregnancy outcomes：two groups of maternal infection and intrauterine infection， amniotic and postpartum hemorrhage compared，the differences were no statistically significant（P0.05）；premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress and cesarean section rate of two groups compared，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Neonatal conditions：the postpartum neonatal infections，jaundice，pneumonia and asphyxia in observation group were significantly higher than control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Maternal genital tract B streptococcus infection has a certain effect on maternal and infant，pregnant women need to strengthen t
