PAGE 华东师范大学开放教育学院（网络教育）毕业设计（论文）论文题目：我国政府网站建设的现状、问题及对策研究专 业： 行政管理 学 号： 12122036008002 学生姓名： 汤泽军 指导教师： 赵继娣 副教授 完成日期： 2014年9月28日 论文摘要 在社会信息化的快速发展过程中，政府信息化处于重要的核心地位，政府信息化的程度成为了国家和城市竞争力水平的重要标志。如今世界各国都在加强对政府信息化的建设，在我国政府信息化建设始于上世纪80年代中期，经过长久的发展，我国的政府信息化建设取得显著的成就，目前则进入了全面构建电子信息化政府阶段，最主要的重点是加强政府网站的建设工作，当然在网站的建设过程中也存在一些问题，需要逐步解决。本文正是以此背景，主要从三方面对政府网站建设问题进行了研究：首先，介绍了政府网站的理论概念，并分析了我国政府网站发展历程；其次，分析了我国政府门户网站建设中存在的问题；最后，针对政府网站建设中所存在的问题，相应的提出了一些对策和建议。关键词：政府网站；建设；问题；对策ABSTRACTIn the process of rapid development of social information, the government informationization plays the important role. The degree of government informationization becomes the important sign of nations and cities competitiveness level. Nowadays all the countries in the world strengthen the construction of government informatization, the government informatization construction in China began in the last century mid-80s, after years of development, the government informationization construction of our country has made significant achievements, now it entered the comprehensive construction of electronic government information stage, the focus is to strengthen the government website construction work of course. There are some problems in the process of the website construction, which need to be solved gradually. Based on this background, mainly from three aspects the problems of the government website construction were studied: firstly, introduced the concept of government websites, and analyzed the process of Chinas government website development; secondly, analyzed the existing in the construction of our government portal site of the problem; finally, based on the existing government website construction the problem, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
