2012～2014年粤东地区基层医疗机构中医药服务情况分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解粤东地区基层医疗机构中医药服务的现状。 方法 以广东省基层医疗机构中医药服务能力提升工程任务指标情况表为依据，对粤东地区2012～2014年基层医疗机构中医药服务能力的提供情况进行分析。 结果 粤东地区基层医疗机构中医药服务水平呈增长趋势。2012～2014年，社区卫生服务中心可提供中医药服务数所占比重均为91.80%，社区卫生服务站分别为81.69%、83.10%、84.21%，乡镇卫生院均为93.62%，村卫生室分别为79.41%、82.30%、86.63%。中医类别全科医生所占的比例逐年提高，但比例偏低。 结论 粤东地区基层医疗机构中医药服务水平呈增长趋势，需要注重中医药服务质量的提高。中医师人才队伍的建设需要管理部门高度重视，只有协调好人力、物力、财力等资源，才能促进基层医疗机构中医药服务健康发展。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 粤东地区；基层医疗机构；中医药服务 　　[中图分类号] R2-26 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）06（c）-0062-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine service of primary medical institutions in the east region of Guangdong Province. Methods According to the table of improving engineering task indexes of traditional Chinese medicine service in the primary medical institutions of Guangdong Province， the conditions of traditional Chinese medicine service of primary medical institutions in the east region of Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed. Results The levels of traditional Chinese medicine service of primary medical institutions in the east region of Guangdong Province showed a rising trend. The traditional Chinese medicine service of primary medical institutions were all accounted for 91.80% from 2012 to 2014； the community health service stations were accounted for 81.69%， 83.10%， 84.21% respectively； the township hospitals were all accounted for 93.62%； the village clinics were accounted for 79.41%， 82.30%， 86.63% respectively. The general practitioners of Chinese medicine were increasing year by year， while the proportion was still lower. Conclusion The levels of traditional Chinese medicine service of primary medical institutions in the east region of Guangdong Province show a rising trend， the improvement of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine service should be paid more attention.
