****学院学士学位论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II小型活性炭制取装置结构设计摘 要二十一世纪，全球活性炭消费量持续快速增长。特别是我们国家，加入WTO后，经济发展迅速，在环保，医疗，食品，卫生等行业有重要作用的吸附脱色剂活性炭需求量也越来越大。随着需求量的增大，制取活性炭的设备也越来越自动化，智能化。但现有的活性炭生产设备往往是大型的，价格非常昂贵，使大部分人对这个行业往往望而却步。因此，应设计出小型的活性炭制取装备，降低成本，节约资源，能灵活的根据需求来设定活性炭的产量，使得大部分对活性炭行业抱有热情与信心的人能够投入活性炭这个行业。设计一个小型活性炭的制取装置，主要是使碳粉活化的装置，重点进行活性炭活化炉的设计。活化炉作为活性炭制取中最重要的装置，该装置主要将碳粉在高温下与通入的水蒸气与二氧化碳在密封环境中进行活化，将生成的可燃烧气体返回燃烧室进行燃烧，提供反应所需的热量。当活化反应进行完毕后，可在活化炉中生成有多种作用的活性炭。该炉具有结构合理，操作简单方便，造价比现有大部分活性炭生产设备低，使用于小型和乡镇企业选用。关键词：活性炭；活化炉；碳粉 全套图纸加153893706AbstractTwenty-first century, the global activated carbon consumption continued to grow rapidly.
