折叠翼厢式货车翼门开启系统的优化设计 OPTIMAL DESIGN OF WINGFOLDABLE SIDEDOORS FOR NEW BOXED TRUCKS ABSTRACT As a speedy and convenient method of traffic logistic transportation, boxed trucks with wingfoldable sidedoors, in comparison with conventional vans, can be operated more efficiently in various constraint situations of cargo loading and unloading and as a result, the transportation cost is thus reduced. The application of this kind of logistic vehicles will develop a prosperous market By mechanical prototype dynamics, design optimization and finite element method, the followings are worked out:1. According to the function and goal in design of products, basic structure, configuration connection manner between components of wingfoldable sidedoors carriage have been discussed. At the same time, the design of geometrical dimensions, the shape and material selection for each of the components have been described in detail2. In UG environment a parameterized 3D model for the van carriage with new wingfoldable sidedoors is built. And the motion simulation for the model is carried out. By numerical analysis of mechanical motions and interference, the simulation model is then obtained, tested and improved further3. By ANSYS software, structural strength of key parts for wingfoldable sidedoors carriage is studied and examined. For the purpose of manufacturing an engineering prototype, real optimal design parameters of the wingfoldable sidedoors carriage are determined by the system design optimization In this paper, virtual prototype of the wingfoldable sidedoors carriage is established by using CAD and CAE software reasonably. The virtual prototyping model of the new boxed trucks with wingfoldable sidedoors is provided with design parameters to make a physical prototyping.
