毕业设计 题 目 熄焦车自动定位模糊控制器设计 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 摘要 本文针对熄焦车定位停车过程具有非线性、时变性等特点，设计了一种熄焦车自动定位模糊控制器，就其设计思想和设计方法进行了详细说明。 熄焦车系统是一个较为复杂的机电系统，其精确的数学模型难于建立。理想的熄焦车系统的控制策略不仅要求能满足系统的动、静态性能，而且还能抑制各种非线性、不确定因素对系统的影响，并且无需依赖系统的精确数学模型。因此，采用古典控制理论设计的常规控制器，控制性能很难达到要求。模糊控制是基于规则的一种智能控制方式，它不依赖于被控对象的精确数学模型，特别适宜对具有非线性、时变性、强耦合性的复杂系统或过程的控制，且控制方法简单，实际效果好。针对熄焦车系统的这种特点，本文应用模糊控制策略设计出熄焦车自动定位模糊控制器。 本文先对熄焦车工艺和模糊控制技术作了简介；而后介绍了模糊控制的原理与设计，并详细介绍了熄焦车自动定位模糊控制器的设计过程；最后利用SIMULINK工具箱构建了熄焦车自动定位模糊控制系统模型，对其控制性能进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明，应用模糊控制策略所设计出的熄焦车自动定位模糊控制器具有良好的控制性能。 关键词：熄焦车；自动定位；模糊控制 ABSTRACT How to design the fuzzy controller for coke-quenching vehicle automation stop control with nonlinear friction and parameter uncertainties is introduced in detail. Coke-quenching vehicle system is a very complex electromechanical system, it is difficult to establish its precise mathematical model. The control strategy for ideal coke-quenching vehicle system not only requests to meet the systems the dynamic and static performance, but also inhibits various nonlinear and uncertain factors in the system, and it does not need to rely on the systems precise mathematical model. Therefore, the control performance of the conventional controller designed with classical control theory is difficult to meet the requirements. Fuzzy control that based on the rule is a intelligent control method. It does not rely on the precise mathematical model of controlled object, especially it is suitable for the control of complex systems or process with nonlinear friction, parameter uncertainties, strong coupling, and it has simple control method and good practical effect. According to these features of coke-quenching vehicle system, this paper applies the fuzzy control strategy to design the fuzzy controller for coke-quenching vehicle automation stop control.
