YJZ型离心式油净化装置 YJZ Type Centrifugal Oil Purification Device 使用说明书 Operation Manual 四川有限公司pplication scope 本机是我公司广泛借鉴国外如美国颇尔、德国韦斯伐里亚、瑞典阿法拉伐等国技术基础上，研制的以离心机为主的离心分离式油过滤净化装置，能彻底分离水分和杂质。 The equipment widely use foreign technology such as PALL,Westfalia,Alfa Laval,developed mainly in centrifuge machine of centrifugal separated filtration purification devicce,and it can be compeletly seaprated water and impurities. YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置利用离心分离技术，能快速有效地去除透平油或相当于透平油粘度以下其它如液压油、润滑油等类似油液中的颗粒杂质及乳化水、游离水，提高油液清洁等级，延长油液的使用寿命，从而使净化后的油质满足机组的运行要求，以确保机组的安全运行；另外本机也可用于炼油厂工艺上过滤水份和杂质. The YJZ centrifugal oil purification deviece using centrifugal separation technology, it can be quickly and effciently remove the particle,emulsifying water and free water in turbine oil or other oil that viscosity equivalent of turbine oil (such as hydraulic oil, lube oil),improve the oil clean level,prolong the service life of oil, so that the purified oil can meet the requirement of operation and also can be assure the safety operation.In addition, the equiment can be used in refinery to filtering moisture and impurities.
