381.1 禽类产品检验的相关定义（Definitions）　　　　§Definitions. 　　(a)Forthepurposesoftheregulationsinthispart,unlessotherwiserequiredbythecontext,thesingularformshallalsoimportthepluralandthemasculineformshallalsoimportthefeminine,andviceversa. 　　(b)Forthepurposesofsuchregulations,unlessotherwiserequiredbythecontext,thefollowingtermsshallbeconstrued,respectively,tomean: 　　Acceptable.“Acceptable”meanssuitableforthepurposeintendedandacceptabletotheAdministrator. 　　Act.“Act”meansthePoultryProductsInspectionAct(71Stat.441,asamendedbytheWholesomePoultryProductsAct,82Stat.791;21451etseq.). 　　Adulterated.“Adulterated”appliestoanypoultryproductunderoneormoreofthefollowingcircumstances: 　　(i)Ifitbearsorcontainsanypoisonousordeleterioussubstancewhichmayrenderitinjurioustohealth;butincasethesubstanceisnotanaddedsubstance,sucharticleshallnotbeconsideredadulteratedunderthisclauseifthequantityofsuchsubstanceinoronsucharticledoesnotordinarilyrenderitinjurioustohealth; 　　(ii)(a)Ifitbearsorcontains(byreasonofadministrationofanysubstancetothelivepoultryorotherwise)anyaddedpoisonousoraddeddeleterioussubstance(otherthanonewhichisapesticidechemicalinoronarawagriculturalcommodity;afoodadditive;oracoloradditive)whichmay,inthejudgmentoftheAdministrator,makesucharticleunfitforhumanfood; 　　(b)Ifitis,inwholeorpart,arawagriculturalcommodityandsuchcommoditybearsorcontainsapesticidechemicalwhichisunsafewithinthemeaningofsection408oftheFederalFood,Drug,andCosmeticAct; 　　(c)Ifitbearsorcontainsanyfoodadditivewhichisunsafewithinthemeaningofsection409oftheFederalFood,Drug,andCosmeticAct; 　　(d)Ifitbearsorcontainsanycoloradditivewhichisunsafewithinthemeaningofsection706oftheFederalFood,Drug,andCosmeticAct: 　　Provided,Thatanarticlewhichisnototherwisedeemedadulteratedunderparagraphs(b)(4)(ii)(b),(c),or(d)ofthissectionshallneverthelessbedeemedadulteratedifuseofthepesticidechemical,foodadditive,orcoloradditiveinoronsucharticleisprohibitedbytheregulationsinthispartinofficialestablishments; 　　(iii)Ifitconsistsinwholeorinp
