不同胰岛素强化治疗对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胰岛素强化治疗对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍（ED）的治疗效果。 方法 使用勃起功能国际问卷（IIEF-5）诊断ED，将60例糖尿病性ED患者分为胰岛素泵组、常规胰岛素强化组和口服药组，治疗前、治疗3个月后及治疗6个月后测定血糖、血清睾酮，并进行IIEF-5评分。 结果 治疗后三组IIEF-5评分明显升高。胰岛素组患者IIEF-5评分较口服药组明显升高。治疗3个月后，胰岛素泵组患者的IIEF-5评分较胰岛素组更高，治疗6个月后两组的FBG、HbA1lc、IIEF-5无明显差异。 结论 胰岛素强化治疗能明显提高糖尿病性ED患者的勃起功能，其疗效优于口服药，胰岛素泵治疗能更早地改善糖尿病性ED患者的勃起功能。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；勃起功能障碍；胰岛素 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）07-0061-04 　　The efficacy of different intensive insulin treatments on diabetes related erectile dysfunction 　　RUAN Lingyan WANG Xiaojing WANG Liqun 　　Department of Endocrinology， Ningbo Yinzhou Second Hospital， Ningbo 315000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the possible efficacy of intensive insulin treatment on diabetes re1ated erectile dysfunction. Methods ED was diagnosed by the International Inquiry of Erectile Function-5（IIEF-5）. A total of 60 patients with diabetes related erectile dysfunction were divided into three groups treating respectively with insulin pump， conventional insulin and oral medicine for six months. Blood glucose and serum testosterone were detected before and after the treatments for three months and six months. IIEF-5 assessment were given to all patients. Results IIEF-5 scores of all patients were higher after the treatments. The IIEF-5 scores were higher in patients treated with insulin.After treatments for three months， the IIEF-5 scores were higher in patients treated with insulin pump than those with conventional insulin. After treatments for six months， there was no statistically significant difference on FBG， HbA1c and IIEF-5 between the two groups. Conclusion The erectile function was improved in patients treated with insulin.Patients treated with insulin had a better result in erectile function than those treated with oral medicine.
