毕业设计新型三相内循生物流化反应器
摘 要
本课题引进流化态技术开发了一种新型三相内循环生物流化反应器,将反应器设计成三个区,即升流区、降流区和沉淀区。载体与废水在升流区通过曝气流化,在升流区和降流区内循环移动并完成生化反应,使废水得到净化,泥水在沉淀区分离。
试验采用轻质多孔性泡沫海绵为微生物载体,空隙率90%,比表面积2375m2/m3,挂膜后比重略大于水,易于流化。投放于反应器后,可使污泥浓度达8000mg/L以上,提高流化反应器的容积负荷,可达12kgCOD/m3·d。
沉淀区为变截面,上升流速减小,污泥絮凝沉降,在重力和循环流抽吸的作用下自动回流。
三相内循环生物流化反应器为一体化装置,具有结构紧凑、高宽比小、污泥产率低和动力消耗省等优点,可用于处理中小规模城镇生活污水和工业废水,工艺流程简单,处理效率高;也可改造原有的处理构筑物为三相内循环生物流化反应器,提高处理能力和处理效果。因此三相内循环生物流化反应器是一种有发展前景的废水处理工艺。

ABSTRACT
This article empoldered a new reactor——Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor with the technology of fluid. It was separate into three areas, ascending area, descending area, deposition area. Wastewater and carrier were fluidized by air in ascending area, and wastewater was cleansed in ascending area and descending area. Water and sludge were separated in deposition area.
The experimentation carrier chooses porous foam. Its interspaces’ ratio is 90%,the proportion of area and volume is 2375m2/m3.It was fluidized easily because the density is heavier than water when animalcule grew on the carrier. When the foam was placed in the reactor, the consistency of sludge reached more 8000mg/L.It improved the cubage load to 12kgCOD/m3·d.
The deposition area was designed into gradual section. It diminished velocity of liquid, sludge subsided and reflowed by the gravity and the suction of the recurrent liquid.
The ethnics had the Excellencies of the high loading rate, the good treatment efficiency and the small height-breadth rate and it overcame the Biological Fluidized Reactor’s disadvantage that limited its engineering application. It could be designed integral or inter bioreactor. It could be applied into treating municipal wastewater and sewage and rebuilding sewage farm to improve treatment efficiencies and capability.Therefore Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor is a process that has wide application prospect.
