PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT55 摘 要 此建筑位于武汉市板桥中学宁远教学楼设计。此教学楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑面积3693.60m2，教学楼高五层，层高为3.9m，室内外高差为0.450m，室内地面标高为±0.000m，总高度为19.95m。 此工程设计使用年限为50年，耐久等级为二级，环境类别：室内正常环境为一类，与水或土壤接触的环境（主要是基础）为二b类，耐火等级为二级，地基基础设计等级为丙级，抗震设防类别为乙类。 此工程结构类型为全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度为6度，设计地震加速度值为0.05g，其中楼地面装修为大理石楼地面，内墙为混合砂浆抹灰，外墙为陶瓷砖。平面布置对称规则，能够满足功能使用的要求。 此计算书主要包括建筑设计、结构设计两个部分。使用PKPM软件、CAD软件等进行了梁柱板的配筋和平面图、立面图、剖面图和详图的绘制。 关键词：教学楼 框架结构 钢筋混泥土 柱下独立基础  ABSTRACT This building is located in the design of Wuhan city middle school Ningyuan teaching building. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure is adopted in the teaching building, building area of 3693.60m2, teaching building high five layer and the height 3.9m. The difference between indoor and outdoor 0.450m, indoor ground elevation is + 0.000m, total height for 19.95m. The project design life of 50 years, the endurance class for secondary and environmental categories: normal indoor environment for a class, and in contact with water or soil environment (mainly is based) for second class B, fireproof rank for second level, the foundation design grade C, seismic fortification category for class B. This type of engineering structure of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, the design of earthquake acceleration value is 0.05g, which floor decoration for the marble floor, walls for mixing mortar plastering, wall ceramic tile. The plane layout symmetry rules, can meet the requirements of the use of function.
