农业机械学课程设计 谷物联合收获机输送装置工作部件的设计 Grain combine converser working parts of the design 学 院： 农业工程与食品科学学院 专 业： 农业机械化及自动化 姓 名： 闫松松 学 号： 1011034101 指导教师： 耿端阳 教授  摘要 用以将割台输送来的穗秆送入脱粒装置。有链耙式、带耙式和转轮式等类型。链耙式输送装置由于工作可靠，能实现连续均匀喂入，应用最广。它由矩形断面输送槽和带耙齿的环形链条组成。链条下端的从动链轮轴可以上下浮动，以适应喂入作物层厚度的变化，防止堵塞。链条速度为3～5米/秒。带耙式输送装置是用带耙齿的环形胶带或帆布带代替环形链条，其结构简单，但输送带易打滑，输送速度为2～4米/秒。转轮式输送装置由输送槽和若干个带叶片或齿杆的转轮组成，转轮线速度约10～15米/秒，各个转轮速度由下至上逐渐增高。 联合收割机的倾斜输送器，它由壳体和链耙两部分组成。链耙由固定在套筒滚子链上的许多耙杆组成。链耙的运动速度应与隔台的输送速度相协调，一般应逐级递增。适当提高链耙的速度可以减少脱粒功率的消耗。壳体本身及其相邻的部件交接处密闭性要好，以防漏粮和尘土飞扬。 关键词：谷物联合收获机 输送装置 从动轮 链条 Abstract To be incorporated into the ear of the conveyor to stem threshing device.
