摘 要轻型门式刚架结构是工业厂房、城市公共建筑的一种重要结构形式。随着我国经济的发展，工业厂房的数量日益增多。轻钢结构以其质量轻、样式美观、施工速度快、工业化程度高、综合经济效益明显等优点得到了迅速的发展。本设计是单层单跨双坡轻钢结构工业厂房，采用门式刚架结构：跨度24米，柱距6m,长度为66m设有一台10吨、A5级桥式吊车。根据城市规划、各种建筑工程规范及参考资料，结合设计资料，完成了建筑设计、结构设计。建筑设计部分具体为建筑平面形式的选择，厂房剖面设计，厂房立面设计，厂房的构造设计，门窗明细表。结构设计部分包括方案选择，吊车梁设计，檩条设计，墙梁设计，抗风柱设计，支撑设计，刚架设计，节点设计，基础设计。本次设计图纸部分有：厂房平面图，立面剖面及节点详图；基础的结构平面布置和基础施工图，柱及柱间支撑布置图，刚架及屋面支撑平面布置图，屋面檩条布置图，墙架布置图，刚架图，节点图。[关键词]门式刚架,轻钢结构,建筑设计,结构设计,基础设计Abstract Light portal frame structure is an industrial factory building, city public building one of the important structure form.
