跨境电商与跨境物流协同策略研究* 内容摘要：跨境电商与跨境物流发展过程存在诸多不协同，主要表现在能力协同缺乏、利益互信协同机制缺乏、跨境物流网络系统协同缺乏、跨境电商与逆向物流协同缺乏以及跨境电商与传统外贸协同缺乏等诸多方面。跨境电商与跨境物流协同水平直接影响整个跨境电商生态系统经营成效，因而促进二者协同发展，解决诸多协同缺乏的困境，成为当今跨境电商、跨境物流实践发展与理论研究亟待解决的问题之一。对跨境电商与跨境物流协同现有研究成果进行总结，提出跨境电商与跨境物流协同机理，分析二者协同现状与困境。在此基础上，从健全政府支撑服务体系、完善利益互信协同机制、优化跨境电商与逆向物流协同、推动跨境电商与传统外贸协同以及促成各子系统、多方主体协同等多方面提出协同策略建议。 关键词：跨境电商；跨境物流；协同机理；协同困境；协同策略 中图分类号： 　　　文献标识码： Research on Synergy Strategies of Cross-border E-commerce and Cross-border Logistics (School of Management，Shanghai University of Engineering Science，Shanghai 201620，China) Abstract:There are lots of synergy dilemmas during the development process of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border?logistics, which mainly manifest in?the lack of synergy in terms of ability, mutual interest and?trust mechanism, cross-border?logistics network system, cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics, as well as the lack of synergy in cross-border e-commerce and traditional foreign trade. The level of synergy of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics plays an important role in the business performance of the whole cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. Thereby, to promote the collaborative development of the two and find the ways to solve the synergy dilemmas, become one of the urgent problems to be solved in practical development and theoretical research of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics. The article summarizes the existing research results of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border?logistics, proposes the synergy mechanism and analyzes the synergy current situation and dilemma of the two. On this basis, we put forward recommendations for the synergy strategies from five aspects, which include improving government support service system, enhancing the building of the mutual interests and trust mechanism of synergy, optimizing the synergy mechanism of cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics, promoting the synergy of cross-border e-commerce and traditional foreign
