This Annex E(ICV) details the obligations on the Contractor to implement an ICV Plan as an integral part of Contract execution?in order to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman and to ensure compliance with Article 11 of Royal Decree 35/2003, Article 36 of Royal Decree 36/2008, and Articles 5 and 21 of Royal Decree 1/79.?
