Therefore, some people think that the bearings are the industrial food. In the bearing application process, a large part of the bearing failure is the fault failure, that is non-normal failure. Resulting bearing failure for many reasons, among them, a large part of the failure is caused by the incorrect bearing installation method, therefore, this paper calculate and analyze the stress of bearing installation. Through the analysis shows that in the bearing interference with the installation, Will generate a big stress in the bearing inner ring and shaft contact surfaces, the outer ring and the bearing block contact surface and the outer channel. Incorrect installation methods make these surface stress is too large or too small，Lead to bearing creeping or splitting in the matching process，so that the bearing failure prematurely. Therefore, we must choose the correct installation method. In the pre-installation of the rolling bearing, we must repair the shaft and bearing. Particularly the used shaft, bearing we must do a complete overhaul, for those non-conforming parts must give the repair and replacement. During the installation process, we must adopt the correct installation method. General rolling bearing installation method, according to the bearing structure, the size and match properties can be divided into the tapered bore bearing mounting and tapered bore bearing mounting.
