AbstractWithpromotionofglobaleconomicintegration,developmentofenterprises inChinatightconnectswiththeworldseconomy.Thus,Chineseenterpriseslead tomaketheinternalmanagementstructureimprovedgraduallyandjointhe world.Performanceappraisal,theeffectivemeanstomeasurethecapital operation,makesasignificantefforttotheoverallplanning.HarbinPetrochemicalCorporationwhichproducerawmaterialasprimary businessleadsthepetrochemicalindustrydevelopmentandwinsagrowingrole intheworldmarket.Afterglobalfinancialcrisisin2007,salesofHarbin PetrochemicalCorporationhadashockduringthefinancialcrisiswhichresults inthedescentofwholebusinesscircumstance.Inordertosolvetheproblems above,analysisinassets,wholemanagementandcapitalstockispresentedfor thebusinessconditionofHarbinPetrochemicalCorporation.Also,management problemsareposed.Inaccordancewithactualsituationofthecompany,a performanceevaluationindexsystemisbuilttoaccommodatewiththetotal strategyandbusinesscondition.Overallevaluationandassessmentof developmentarediscussinginvariousaspectsoffinancialbenefit,assetsquality, anddebtsriskanddevelopingability.Therefore,Factoranalysis-DEAmodelis developed.Seventeenindexesarechosenfromallroundstoevaluateintegrally, includingfinance,assetsquality,anddebtsriskanddevelopingability.SPSS softwareisusedtoanalyzetheseventeenindexesbyfactoranalysis.Threemain factorsarecollected fromallseventeenindexesbyfactoranalysis. They are assetscondition,debtsabilityandprofitability,whichrepresentthecorporation. Basedontheresultoffactoranalysis,thethreefactorsareusedastheinput variablestoassesscorporationperformancethroughDEAmodel.Theoutput resultsofDEAmodeldisplaythatresourceutilizationefficiencyisraising. However,theefficiencyisnotoptimizedduetoincompleteadvantages achievementofthecompany.PromotingbusinessperformancePoliciesofHarbin PetrochemicalCorporationarepresentedfortheresponsesoftheanalysis.Key words: harbin petrochemical corporation, business performance, factor- analysis,deamodel目录摘要...............................
