摘要 跆拳道是一项源于朝鲜半岛古老而又新颖，利用手、脚技术和身体能力 进行自身修炼和搏击格斗的一种东方武技。经过 50 多年的努力，跆拳道运动 已世界范围内发展了 165 余个会员国，被称为“世界第一搏击运动”；并于 2000 年列入悉尼奥运会正式比赛项目。跆拳道在世界范围内正式推广时间只有 30 多年，而在中国跆协正式注册的个人会员达 3 万多人，我国国内跆拳道道馆已 有两千余家，全国练习跆拳道的人口已有 50 多万人。 本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地考察等研究方 法，随机抽取广州市 18 家在广东省跆拳道协会正式注册的道馆，并选取其道 馆的 36 名教练员、540 名练习者、18 名馆长作为调查对象，进行研究。得出 以下结论：（1）广州市的道馆数量较多，会员量占全国首列。管理还不规范， 道馆分布不均，各家道馆收费标准不统一。（2）道馆基础设施还不够完善，师 资队伍中男女比例失调，女性教练员较少。(3)练人习群主要集中的青少年， 男生多于女生，练习跆拳道的目的主要是防身健体、磨练意志改善性格、减肥、 掌握一门技术、了解韩国文化等；练习者更喜欢教练优秀、场馆设施好、离家 近、名气大、管理规范的道馆。（4）教练员对目前工资待遇比较满意，主要是 因为教练员喜欢跆拳道运动项目。（5）有 96.23%练习者参加过考级，但练习者 对考级认知出现偏差，认为级位高并不代表水平高，道馆组织考级就是为了谋 利。 针对广州市大众跆拳道运动中现存的主要问题提出相应的对策与建议： 规范管理体制、加大管理力度；改进道馆的硬件设施、提高道馆的档次、提 升经营管理者的水平；完善教学管理系统、统一学员考级认证部门；严格教 练员管理制度、完善聘用制度；提高教练员的综合教学能力，加大培养女性 教练员力度；道馆要加强与外界的合作能力。 关键词：广州市；大众跆拳道；现状；发展对策 I II II ABSTRACT Taekwondo is a comes from the Korean peninsula, old and new, the use of arms and legs technique and physical ability to carry out their own training and combat fighting a martial skills.
