GD-1 高压共轨柴油机共轨油压控制策略和试验分析摘要在车用柴油机领域中 高压共轨电控燃油喷射是满足日益严格的排 放法规和用户要求的一项先进技术 而柴油机燃油喷射压力的控制策略 则是柴油机电控技术中的一个重要方面 本文基于 GD-1 高压共轨电控 柴油机 设计了燃油喷射压力的控制策略 根据柴油机的工况计算目标 油压并选择燃油喷射压力的控制模式 实机试验表明 以上控制策略的 应用可有效控制柴油机的燃油喷射压力 满足柴油机运行工况的需要本课题主要工作内容如下1 全面调研了国内外柴油机技术 分析掌握了 GD-1 高压共轨柴油 机系统2 比较分析了 PID 控制 模糊控制等现代控制方法 结合高压共轨 柴油机的特点 将 PID 控制算法和模糊控制相结合 设计并采用了模糊 PID 复合控制方法3.研究了高压共轨柴油机油压控制策略 设计了共轨压力的 PID 控 制器 模糊控制器 PID 参数模糊自整定控制器4.研究了怠速控制策略采用了开闭环相结合的控制方法5 参与了试验台架建设验证了共轨油压与怠速控制策略 在此基础上通过各工况所需达到的要求以及各工况下的试验数据 完成油压闭环控制策略和怠速闭环控制策略以及程序的编制 使得 怠速状态下 柴油机转速的波动小 从起动到怠速的过渡平缓 油压的 控制在稳态下油压平稳 瞬态特性满足实际要求 在油泵试验台上试验 成功后 在柴油机上的运行除了能满足以上的要求 同时也能满足经济 性和排放的要求 高压共轨柴油系统是柴油机电控的未来发展方向之一它在各个方面都比常规柴油机具有优势为了充分体现这种优势今后还需做进一步的工作通过对控制策略的进一部完善可以满足日 益提高的排放要求充分实现高压共轨的优点关键词高压共轨控制策略燃油喷射压力Injection Pressure Control of GD-1 High Pressure Common Rail Diesel EngineAbstractAccording to characteristics of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, control strategies had been designed and researched to calculate setpoint fuel injection pressure and select injection pressure control mode for different diesel engine running points. The test results show the fuel injection pressure can be controlled precisely to meet needs of diesel engine performance.The main work of this thesis are:Investigate the diesel engine . Do research on the technology of GD-1 high pressure common rail system.Compare PID control and fuzzy control. Based on the character of high pressure common rail diesel engine ,combine the PID control and fuzzy control and develop PID-fuzzy control.Do research on pressure control strategy of high pressure common rail diesel engine. Develop PID control system fuzzy control system PID-fuzzy control system.Do research on idle speed control strategy.
