摘要21 世纪的竞争是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。随着经济全球化及信息技术的 广泛应用，供应链迎来了前所未有的发展，供应链管理引起广泛关注。同时，外 部环境的动荡、竞争全球化、产品生命周期缩短、客户服务质量提高、供应链网 络结构的日益复杂，供应链面临的风险和不确定性也增加。互联网、信息技术的 发展，使信息共享成为供应链成功管理的关键因素，在降低成本、减少供应链不 确定性方面起着重要作用，已经成为供应链重要特征和核心竞争力。本文以信息 共享对供应链风险管理的影响为研究课题，在总结前人理论研究基础上，提出信 息共享对供应链风险管理影响的关系模型，并以国内制造业为研究对象，发放调 查问卷，进行实证分析，以期通过研究信息共享对供应链风险管理的影响机制， 对我国制造业通过信息共享防范和应对供应链风险提供借鉴。本文首先对论文的研究背景、研究问题、论文思路和研究意义及创新点进行 了阐述，对论文整体结构和研究内容作了简要介绍；其次，对供应链信息共享、 供应链风险、信任等相关理论研究和文献进行介绍和总结，将信息共享按照信息 共享的程度分为运作层信息、管理层信息和战略信息三个维度，将供应链风险从 供应链网络关系的角度分为关系风险和绩效风险；在文献总结的基础上，构建以 信任变量为中介变量的供应链信息共享、供应链风险三者之间关系的概念模型， 并根据相关研究设计三个变量的测量指标，形成调查问卷；通过多种途径发放调 查问卷，对收集到的问卷进行筛选和样本分析；最后，利用统计学软件 SPSS16.0 和 AMOS17.0 通过结构方程对问卷数据进行分析，对假设模型进行验证，得出结 论，并指出本文研究存在的局限，对未来的研究进行展望。本文研究得出的结论：1.信息共享对供应链风险存在显著负影响；2.信息共享对信任存在显著正影响；3.信任在信息共享对供应链风险的影响中起到部分中介的作用。关键词：信息共享；供应链风险；信任；结构方程AbstractCompetition in 21st century is among supply chains. With economic globalization and the wide use of information technology, supply chain management becomes a concern. And the external environment turbulence, competition globalization, shortened product life cycle, the improving customer service quality, and increasing complex supply chain network structure, make supply chain face more risks and uncertainties. The development of Internet and information technology, information sharing becomes a key factor for successful supply chain management, playing an important role in reducing cost and supply chain uncertainties. Information sharing becomes the core competitiveness of supply chain. This paper aims to study the effect of information sharing on supply chain risk management. Based on previous theory research, the papers puts forward the relation model of information sharing and supply chain risk management, then chooses domestic manufacturing as study object and do empirical analysis. Through the research of influencing mechanism between information sharing and supply chain risk management, the paper can provide some reference for prevention and response to supply
