AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthemodernscienceandtechnology，crimehasgraduallydevelopedandevolved,whichtowardsthedirectionofthetechnologyandintelligent.Inmoreandmorecriminalcasesfield,whetherinvestigators,prosecutorsorjudges,theyallneedtoexpandtheircognitiveabilitywiththeidentificationofthecriminaljustice,toidentifywithfactsofthecase.Theuseoftheidentificationofthecriminaljusticeismoreandmoreimprotantinallthestagesofcriminalproceedings.Evidenceofrelevantconclusionshasgraduallybacamethegenerationof“Kingoftheevidence”.However,inpractice,becauseofourin-depthjudicialreform,judicialexpertisesystemhasexpaosedmanyshortcomingsanddefects,whichhasbacamethemajorbottleneck,thatrestrictingthejusticeandtheidentificationofthecriminaljustice,startprogramisaworthconcerningandresearching,mainlystudytheidentificationofthecriminaljusticeformfourasprects.Additiontotheintroduction,thetextisdividedintofourparts:Inpartone,theoreticalbasisoftheidentificationofthecriminaljustice.Sectionone,whichillustatingtheconcept,featureandstartrightoftheidentificationofthecriminaljustice.Sectiontwo,thatmainlyinvestigatingthetwotopicalmodeoftheworld,andanalysisingthereasonofdifferenceandthetrendsofthesetwotopicalmode.Inparttwo,throughthelist,analysisofthecriminallawsandregulationsoftheinvestigation,prosecution,adjudicationandthethreeorgansofthecriminaljusticeauthoritytoinitiateandprovides,furtheranalysisoftheactivationprocessofcriminaljusticeidentificationofthemainproblems.Inpartthree,describedinsectiononestarttheprocessofcriminaljusticeidentificationofguidingprinciples:theprinciplesandproceduresinvolvedinprosecutinganddefendingtheprinciplesofequality.Basedonthis,proposedimprovingthecriminaljusticeprocessidentifiedavarietyofprogramsandstartthemostappropriateprogramofChinasnationalconditions.Inthefinalsection,Itrytomakeperfectinallrespectstostarttheprocessofcriminaljusticeidentificationofspecificrecommendations.Themaincontentsinclude:differentstagesofcriminalproceedingsonthepowertoinitiateandcarryoutratio
