AbstractExploreandstudyasystemmustfirstconsiderthenecessityandfunctionality,criminalexpertopinionofthisstudyshowtheproblemisopenfromtodaysruleoflawandprinciplesofthebasicspiritofthelaw,combinedwiththelackofidentificationofthecriminaljusticeexistinrealityanddefects,thecorrespondingdesignofthesysteminordertoimprovetheforensiclitigationactivitiesandpromotetheentireprocesssmoothly.Asweallknow,intodaysforensicactivitiesadvocatingcivilized,underthescientificbackgroundoflegalpractice,exploringthetruth,protecthumanrights,restoretimescallforjustice,youcansaythattheroleofforensicdescribedasessential.Especiallyinthecriminalfield,expertopinionisplayinganirreplaceableroleinmanycases,criminalexpertopinionshaveplayedadecisiverole.Itisbecauseofthissystemrevealstheunparalleledadvantagesandposition,weneedtobeevenmoreperfect,orpreventtheirvulnerabilitiescausedbyobjectivereasonsforthespiritofthelawandhumanrightsharm.However,weareconcernedthatinrecentyears,butthedisputeabouttheidentificationofmoreandmoreaspectsofthecontradictionbetweenthepartyaccreditationbodiesandalsointensified,repeatedidentification,repeatedlyidentifiedcommonoccurrences,whichnotonlyunderminestheauthorityofthejudicialappraisal,triggeredacrisisofconfidence,butmoreimportantlyistomakethecasedragson,andthetruthcannotbeclarified,thelegitimateinterestsofstakeholdersarealsodifficulttogetproperprotection.Thisphenomenonmustbemanyreasonsforthis,oneveryimportantreasonisthatweidentifiedaseriousprobleminitself.Withtheimprovementofpeoplesawarenessofthelaw,particularlykeenlyawareofthesignificantimpactonexpertopinionfortheirowninterests,thendemandsmorerightsrequiresustoidentifyinstitutions,relevantjudiciarymustchangetheirideas,expertopinionisnolongercoveredwithmysteriousveil,butmustgoinfrontofpeople,acceptsupervisionandtests.Fromanotherperspective,theprogramhasbecomeoneofthemostbasicpublicactionprinciple,andnotmerelytheopenpublictrial,butalsorequireopenandtransparentpre-trial,contrarytothefundamentalprincipleofjudicialactivityisultim
