AbstractThecollegiatebenchisthebasicorganizationalformofcriminaltrials,andthecollegiatebenchappraisalisbetweenthetrialandsentencingprocedures,whichisacontinuationofacriminaltrialbutalsotheprerequisiteandbasisforcriminaljudgmentbeformed.WhetherthemechanismofthecollegiatebenchappraisalisscientificornotdirectlydecidesfinalrealizationoftheobjectiveofcriminalProcedureandthedegreeofrealization.Inthecurrentsituationofrunningthecurrentcollegiatesystem,itisurgentandimportanttobuildascientificandreasonablemechanismcollegiatebenchincriminalcases.Sothispaperstudiesthemechanismofcriminalcasescollegiatebenchasawhole,basedoncarefullyanalyzingcurrentconditionsofourcountry,learnedfromtheexperienceofoutsidecountriesorregions,furtherexploredspecificmeasurestoimproveourcriminalcollegiatebenchmechanism.Thewholetextisdividedintofourpartsexcepttheintroductionandtheconcludingremarks:Partoneisatheoutlineaboutthecriminalcasescollegiatebenchappraisal.Theauthorcommentsonthebasisofthedefinitionoftheproblem,clarifiedthemeaningofcriminalcasescollegiatebench,furtherelaboratedonthetheoreticalbasisofcriminalcasescollegiatebenchandpracticalfeatures.Parttwoisacriminalcasecollegiatebenchconstitutedspecificmechanisms.Threeelementsofcollegiatebenchmechanismsincludesthesubjectofappraisal,theobjectofappraisalandtheregulationsofappraisal.Specifically,thesubjectofappraisalincludesprofessionaljudgesandpeoplesassessors,theobjectofappraisalincludesconvictionquestion,sentencingissueandaccompanyingquestions,theregulationsofappraisalcanbedividedintospeechesandvotingrulesorderingrules,whichtheauthorwillfocuson.Partthreegazesintoourcriminalsystemcollegiatebench,analyzesofthecurrentproblemsexistinginourcriminalcasescollegiatebenchappraisalexistedfromthesubjectofappraisal,theobjectofappraisalandtheregulationsofappraisal:(1)Caseapprovalsystemandthejudicialcommitteetodiscusscasesresultedindiversificationcouncilappearstrialseparation;(2)Undertakercasesystem,thejurysystemandthelackofaccountabilitysystemoverheadappraisalme
