山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 Abstract As an excellent luminescent materia l, rare earth complexes can be used as biochemica l probes. But because anima l body is med iated by water, molecular used as probe must be solvable. So we synthesized a phena nthroline derivative which contains a ethylene ether and aldehyde as hydrophilic funct ion group which can form hydrogen bond with water and enhance the solvability. The liga nd also has bigger π–π conjugate system and rigid pla nar struct ure which facilitate the elect ronic transfer and ener gy deliver y. We subseq uently fabricated the correspond ing europium complex to study their optica l properties and solubility. The results show that the complex given the complex character ist ics of red europium ions, their solubility in water has also been improved to some extent, luminous intensity, also have improved this for us to further synthesis of new water-soluble, more sensitive capabilities provide a basis for the liga nd. The select ion of rare earth complex and way of fabrication is critica l for the quality of the product and product ion details. So we select Eu(TTA) TPPO to ascertain the influence of fabrication method, 3 solvents , buffer solvents and other parameters on the performance of the product. The composition of this complex, ther mal stability and optica l properties were character ized; With the help of a suitable organic solvent the complex and low-density polyet hylene formed transparent polymer film; Optica l properties of the composite was study in detail. The results will provide some valuble information for the product ion of such composite materia l.
