哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文AbstractStateestimationcangetreliableoperatingstateofpowersystemandupgradeinformationandautomationlevelofpowersystem.Existingstateestimationmethodsstillhaveshortcomings,thispaperwillcombineinnovationgraphtheorywithpatternrecognitiontechniqueswhicharebothwellwidelyusedinstateestimation,thistwokindsofmethodcanenhancetheabilityoftheidentificationofunusualevents.Thispapertotalyproposesthreekindsofcombinedidentificationmethodsofinnovationgraphtheoryandpatternrecognitiontechniques.Theprocedureofinnovationgraphmethodcanmakeadequatesampleanddistinguishingcharacteristicsoftheinnovationgraphtheoryandidentifyunusualeventsofpowersystembythemethodofdecisiontree,isodataandfuzzycluster.Theidentificationmethodofinnovationgraph-decisiontreeclassificationcangeneratebinarytreeofinnovationgraphcharacteristicsaccordingtoginiimpurityandgetidentificationrulesfromthetreewhichprovideaintuitiveresult.Theidentificationmethodsofinnovationgraph-isodataandinnovationgraph-fuzzyclusteringusesimilaritycriterionofinnovationgraphcharacteristicstoidentificationunusualeventsandgettheclusteringresultofbranchwhichhasthesametypewithoutsetthethresholdofcharacteristics.Innovationgraph-isodatausessquarederrorfunctionasthecriterionofidentifyandmergeandsplittheclusterepeatedly.Innovationgraph-fuzzyclusteringmethodusesfuzzyequivalencerelationofinnovationanditstruncatedmatrixtodetectthesetofsuspectbranch,fuzzyrelationsandinnovationgraphcharacteristicstodeterminetheaccuratetypeofthebranch.Identifytopologyerror,parametererror,baddatawiththecombinedidentificationmethodsandtesttheabilityofthreekindsofcombinedmethodonebyonewithpracticalexamples.Theresultsshowthatthemethodsproposedbythispapercanidentifydifferentkindsofunusualeventwithoutthethresholdofinnovationgraph.Thesemethodscanalsosolvetheproblemofinvalididentificationofbaddatawhentopologychangeoccursinpatternrecognitiontechniques.ThisdissertationissupportedbyNSFCandSGCC.Keywords:stateestimation,innovationgraph,patternrecognition,decisiontree,isodat
