ABSTRACTThewaterresourcesarethefoundationthatthelivesofthepeopleandgrowingofthemyriadthingsanditisthekeyofthesocialeconomydevelopment.Thewaterresourcescarryingcapacityisanimportantconstituentinallnaturalresourcecarryingcapacityinthecontinuallydevelopingprocessofanationalorinthearea;alsothescarceofwaterresourcesoftenistherestrictionfactorofthesocialeconomydevelopment,ithastheveryimportantinfluencetotheintegrateddevelopmentandthedevelopmentscaleinanationalorthelocal.Basedonthereviewednewlyresearchresults,thisarticlehasstudiedthereviewednewlyresearchresultsandtheprogressofthewaterresourcescarryingcapacity,thisdissertationpresentthemaincontentsandkeyissueswhichshouldberesolvedinthewaterresourcesdevelopment.Basedonthewaterresourcescarryingcapacity.Thearticlehasstudiedthedevelopmentadvancementpfthecarryingcapacityconcept,theconnotationcharacteristicaswellastheinfluencefactorsofnature,thesociety,andtheeconomicagent.Throughanalyzingpredecessorsresearchresults,theauthordiscoveredmanyquestionsthatexistinthewaterresourcescarryingcapacityresearch,andsummarizingthepredecessorsresearchresultsaboutwaterresourcescarryingcapacity,providedinthetheoryandthemethodpowerfulsupportforthisarticlecomposition,andtakingitastheresearchbreakthroughpointofthearticle.ThisarticleselectsShijiazhuangistheobjectofstudy,analyzingShijiazhuang’swaterresourcescharacteristic,discoveringShijiazhuang’swaterresourcesisquiteseriouslyshortandcarryingcapacityisseriouslyinsufficient.ThisarticleutilizestheSPSSstatisticssoftware,usingtheprincipalcomponentsanalysismethodtoanalysistheaffectfactorsofthewaterresourcescarryingcapacity,selectingpopulationquantityandGDPasprimarilyfactor,establishedthemulti-dimensionallinearmodel,andforecastthewaterdemandofShijiazhuangin2010,discoveringthatinthefutureShijiazhuangalsowillfacetowaterresourcesscarceandtheseriousinsufficientproblemofwaterresourcescarryingcapacity.Basedontheconclusion,thisarticleproposedthewayandthemethodtoenhancetheShijiazhuang’swaterresourcescarryingcapacity
