我国医院针灸医生工作现状调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的：调查我国针灸医生工作现状，分析目前存在的问题并提出建议。方法：采用多级群集抽样，问卷调查表调查全国15所综合/中医院1 152名针灸科医生工作现状，包括日均诊疗患者数、每次诊费、工作强度、月收入及近3年门诊患者数变化趋势；采用ACESS录入数据，SPSS 11.5进行分析。结果：针灸医生日均诊疗数在11～20名者最多（占44.2%）；平均每次诊费19.32元；55.1%的医生反映工作强度大；月收入在1000～1999元者最多（占50.4%）；62.2%的医生认为近3年门诊患者数量呈增加趋势。结论：我国医院针灸医生普遍反应工作强度大，收入水平低。为更好促进针灸事业发展，建议扩大针灸科规模，加强人、财、物投入，进行分级管理，弹性收费等。 　　[关键词] 医院；针灸医生；现状 　　[中图分类号] R245 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）06（c）-152-02 　　 　　Investigation and analysis of the present situation of acupuncturist in China 　　ZHAO Jun1, SHI Xuefeng2* 　　1.Department of Education, Bejing Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing 100730, China; 2.College of management, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100029, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To survey the current situation of acupuncturist in China, analyze the problems at present and put forward some suggestions. Methods: To survey the current situation of 1 152 acupuncture doctors in 15 comprehensive or traditional Chinese medicine hospital by multistage cluster sampling and questionnaire survey, including average number of patients, medical expenses, working intensity, monthly income and variation tendency of outpatient in nearly three years. Input data with ACESS and analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results: The average number of patients was 11-20 one day most (account for 44.2%); the average fee of each diagnose was 19.32 yuan, 55.1% of the doctors reflected work intensity strong; the count of doctors whose monthly income between 1 000 to 1 999 yuan was most (account for 50.4%); 62.2% of the doctors considered that the outpatient count increased in nearly 3 years. Conclusion: The low income level, strong working intensity is a popular situation of acupuncture doctors in our country, so we should expand the scale of acupuncture, strengthen the human, financial, material investment; make classification management, elastic collect fees etc to promote the development of acupuncture. 　　[Key words] Hospital; Acupuncture
